My recent experience with Megan Zablan was more than 5 stars! Megan is warm and welcoming....removing any anxiety about hearing loss and hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable about her product and her service. Her passion and easy manner of explaining every facet of the experience was extraordinary. I did not feel rushed with Megan as she took me through the learning curve of wearing hear aids. In addition, she offered hearing aids for me to use for several days to introduce me to the "new" lifestyle of hearing sounds and noises I have missed for years. I can only sing her praises and would recommend her to everyone. Megan's professionalism, kindness, patience and optimism is comforting and assuring. Extremely helpful. During the upgrade of the filtering devices in my hearing aids, all aspects of the change/use were thoroughly explained. Expanded potential of the "app" supporting the hearing aids explained and all questions answered as completely. This was the sort of experience that a consumer would hope for from any business or service provider.
